Refund Policy

Registering, watching the live and winning a prize never require paying us anything. We sell no tickets, products or services on this site, and we never collect card or bank details through it. If anyone asks you to pay to take part in the Box Battle Championship, it is not us: please report it from the contact page.

Coins and Gifts are virtual items bought from TikTok and covered by TikTok's Virtual Items Policy. We do not receive your payment for Coins, we cannot see your purchases, and we cannot refund, cancel or take back a Gift.

TikTok's rules decide refunds: for example, TikTok's policy says a Gift cannot be refunded once sent, and Coins bought through an app store (Apple, Google) follow that store's refund process. These rules can vary by country; for any question about a Coin purchase, contact TikTok or the app store you paid through.

Gifts are optional: you never need to send one to watch the live, and a creator never needs any to take part. Rankings depend on the Coins creators receive as Gifts, as set out in the Official Rules.

Gifts sent during the live to the host's or a DJ's account go to those accounts under TikTok's rules and do not count toward any creator's score.

TikTok requires you to be 18 or over to buy Coins or send Gifts. Please only spend what you can afford.

Prizes are paid by the organizer to the winners under the Official Rules. They are not a refund of Gifts, and Gifts sent during a live are not returned to viewers, whatever the result.

Because entry is free, there is no entry fee to refund. We cannot refund Gifts already sent on TikTok. Any change to an event is announced on this site.
