Box Battle Championship is a TikTok LIVE creator tournament organized independently of TikTok. Competition mechanics — eligibility, scoring, prizes, point targets, tie-breaks, payouts, and disqualification — are governed by the Official Rules, which take precedence over these terms for competition matters.

You must be 18 or older to register. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date, and the TikTok account you register must be yours.

By registering, you grant the Box Battle Championship organizers a non-exclusive license to display your submitted username, photo, country, and social links on contestant profiles, leaderboards, winner announcements, and event promotion connected to the championship. You can request removal as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not interfere with the platform, attempt to access other users' data, scrape the site, manipulate scores or engagement, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Prize amounts, point-target gating, tie-breaks, and payout terms are defined in the Official Rules. Prizes are paid in US dollars; winners are responsible for applicable taxes.

The site, its design, and the Box Battle Championship name and marks belong to the Box Battle Championship organizers. You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the license in section 4.

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Box Battle Championship organizers disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amount of the prize at issue, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Box Battle Championship organizers may suspend or remove accounts and registrations that violate these terms or the Official Rules.

These terms may be updated; material changes are posted on this page with a new version and date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Because the event is open to participants from many countries, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. If you participate from the European Union, your data-protection rights under the GDPR (described in our Privacy Policy) continue to apply.
