Terms of Service

Box Battle Championship is a creator competition held on TikTok LIVE and organized independently of TikTok. Eligibility, scoring, prizes, point targets, tie-breaks, payouts and disqualification are set out in the Official Rules of each season.

Entry is free. Nothing is sold on this site and no payment is ever required to register, to watch or to win. Watching the live and sending TikTok Gifts happen on TikTok, under TikTok's own terms — see our Refund Policy.

You must be 18 or older to register. Your registration information must be accurate and kept up to date, you may register only once per season, and the TikTok account you register must be yours.

By registering, you authorize the organizer, free of charge and only if your entry is approved, to publish your TikTok username, country, photo, social links and public TikTok follower count, along with the display name and bio written for your profile: on this site (creator gallery, profile, leaderboards, results and share images) and in visuals promoting the championship on the championship's social media accounts, worldwide, until 12 months after the end of the season you entered. After that, published results keep the scores without identifying you.

You keep all rights to your photo and content. You confirm that you have the right to share the photo you upload: you appear in it, and you own it or have permission to use it.

You can withdraw this authorization at any time from the contact page. We then stop any new use and remove your photo and profile from this site within 30 days; during a season in progress, withdrawing may mean withdrawing from the competition, because a public profile is part of taking part.

Do not try to disrupt the site or to access other people's data, do not scrape it, do not manipulate scores or engagement (for example with bots or bought engagement), do not impersonate anyone, and do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Prize amounts, point targets, tie-breaks and payout terms are defined in the Official Rules of each season. Prizes are paid by the organizer in US dollars, privately and according to each winner's preferences; winners are responsible for any taxes that apply where they live.

Sending Gifts on TikTok is never required to take part or to watch. Rankings depend on the Coins each creator receives as Gifts, as described in the Official Rules.

Gifts are bought from and processed by TikTok under its terms; under TikTok's rules, only people aged 18 or over can send them. We cannot refund or reverse them. Gifts sent during the live to the host's or a DJ's account go to those accounts under TikTok's rules and do not count toward any creator's score. Please only spend what you can afford.

The site, its design, texts and graphics, and the Box Battle Championship name and logos belong to the organizer or are used with permission, and may not be copied without prior written consent. TikTok and TikTok LIVE are trademarks of their owner, mentioned only to describe where the competition takes place. You keep ownership of the content you submit, subject to the authorization in section 4.

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: the site and the live boards may be interrupted or contain errors. The live boards are for information only; official results come from the official points ledger, as described in the Official Rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — in particular for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Within those limits, the organizer is not responsible for problems caused by the TikTok platform, your device or your internet connection, which are outside the organizer's control.

The organizer may suspend or remove registrations and profiles that break these terms or the Official Rules, as set out in the Rules.

We may update these terms; each version is published here with its number and date. A change never applies retroactively to a season that has already started: the rules and terms accepted at registration keep governing that season.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.

The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction; however, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and, where those laws allow it, the right to bring proceedings before the courts where you live.
